TORQUE CONVERTER AND CONVERTER HOUSING OIL SEAL

Exploded View


  1. Transaxle assembly
  2. Torque converter
  3. Converter housing oil seal

Disassembly : Apply CVT Fluid


Disassembly

  1. Remove transaxle assembly.
  2. Remove torque converter.

CAUTION:

Do not damage the bushing on the inside of torque converter sleeve when removing torque converter.

  1. Remove converter housing oil seal using a suitable tool.

CAUTION:

Be careful not to scratch converter housing.

Assembly

Note the following, and install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

Dimension (A) : 13 В± 0.5 mm (0.051 В± 0.02 in)

NOTE:

Converter housing oil seal pulling direction is used as the reference.
